Once renowned dermatology cosmetic surgical center and spa, La Jolla Spa MD  opened its doors in February 2002.  Upon arrival, the public and clientele often find themselves waiting in the lobby and were not fully aware of the broad range of services and therapies offered by this respected staff of professionals.

Dianne York-Goldman, President, is a creative visionary.  She soon recognized an opportunity for increased credibility and excitement by providing a portfolio of accomplishments in each of three lobby waiting areas.  This consists of all Spa MD offers.  Executive Organizing Consultants (EOC) was retained to organize and assemble an expose of testimonials, promotions, press releases, citations, awards, and articles in magazines & journals.

Patients and clients have commented that they enjoyed reading up on Spa MD’s noteworthy achievements, and look at the portfolio every time they visit.  “Not only is it a fine promotional piece for our clientele while they are waiting,” says York-Goldman, “but also it serves as an educational and reference tool for our internal staff.”
